      • •Sewerline "A" alignment pipe support from Pit A3 to Pit A4 (Jan. 4, 2010 - Jan. 16, 2010).

      • •Completed Pit A4 (Dec. 21, 2010 - Jan. 4, 2010).

    • Jet Grout Test Program

      • •Second Required Test Program.
      • •Core samplings of jet grout columns at Pit A4 were taken on January 6, 2010.

    • Jacking/Receiving Shaft A2 (Pit A2)

      • •Additional jet grouting work was performed to stop water from leaking into the it (Jan. 18, 2010 - Jan. 20, 2010).
      • •Installed 8" PVC sight hole at Pit A3 to determine exact location of Tunnel Boring Machine as it enters the pit from Pit A4 (Jan. 26, 2010 - Jan. 27, 2010).
      • •Constructed exit beam and seal for Tunnel Boring Machine from Pit A4 (Jan. 27, 2010 - Jan. 29, 2010).


    • Jacking/Receiving Shaft A4 (Pit 4)

      • •Installed I-Beam whalers to reinforce sheet piles (Jan. 11, 2010 - Jan. 12, 2010).
      • •Pit excavation completed (Jan. 13, 2010 - Jan. 15, 2010).
      • •Completed construction of concrete slab for microtunneling rig (Jan. 14, 2010 - Jan. 16, 2010).
      • •Installed entry seal ring and assembled microtunneling equipment (Jan. 18, 2010 - Jan. 21, 2010).

      • •Microtunneling and jacking steel casing from Pit A4 to Pit A3, (Jan. 22, 2010 - Jan. 28, 2010).
      • •Installed 8" PVC sight hole at Pit A3 to determine exact location of Tunnel Boring Machine as it enters the pit (Jan. 26, 2010 - Jan. 27, 2010).

      • •Installed new 16-Inch PVC sewerline from Pit A2 to Pit A1, corner of Waimalu Shopping Center on Hekaha Street, to corner of Kamehameha Highway and Hekaha Street (adjacent to Cutter Ford), Sewerline "A" Sta. 3+62.26 to Sta. 0+00 (Jan. 4, 2010 - Jan. 5, 2010). Total pipe installed between Pit A2 and A1 is 344 feet, 5 inches.
      • •Pumped 105 C.Y. of lightweight concrete into annulus space between sewerline and steel casing from Pit A1 to Pit A2 on January 9, 2010.
      • •Pressure hydro-tested 16-inch PVC sewerline on January 11, 2010.


    • Existing Utility Relocation

      • •Installed new 16-Inch PVC sewerline from Pit A2 to Pit A1, corner of Waimalu Shopping Center on Hekaha Street, to corner of Kamehameha Highway and Hekaha Street (adjacent to Cutter Ford), Sewerline "A" Sta. 3+62.26 to Sta. 0+00 (Jan. 4, 2010 - Jan. 5, 2010). Total pipe installed between Pit A2 and A1 is 344 feet, 5 inches.
      • •Completed relocation of 24-Inch Drainline in conflict with Pit A8, Hekaha Street, Sta. 11+31+ (Jan. 4, 2010 - Jan. 5, 2010).
      • •Completed relocation of 8-Inch Drainline in confliect with Pit A8, Hekaha Street, Sta. 11+25+ (Jan. 4, 2010 - Jan. 5, 2010).
